Few, well I'm back everyone! Of course I didn't go anywhere. I just got lazy for lack of better explanation. It happens with me a lot and is certainly a behavior I am seeking to change.

Anyway, updates. Somehow I lost weight? I have no idea how, because I honestly don't know much of what I've been eating. (My whole reason for joining this site was to track such things, but I see how well that's gone.)

I did start jumping rope. So I'm happiest about that for finally finding a form of cardio that I enjoy. I was just adamant that I was simply the kind of girl who would hate exercise no matter what, but hey, I'll eat those words now. Jump rope is just plain fun!

I finally got batteries for my scale and lo' and behold, I've lost a bit of weight.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
