Okay, so I intentioaly gained weight so my BMI would be high enough to have WLS. My oldest son (19 yrs) is really struggling with me going under the knife. I am guessing it it because I am the only parent for him and my 6 year old. So now I am going to drop the 3 that I gained and work on another 10.

The WLS packet had a million questions - one of them was would I be happy if I lost 50% of my excess body weight. I had to really think about that and realize it is only 27 lbs. Statisics show a large percentage only lose half. So I thought, I am not spending 16K for 27 lbs.

So I am now doing a liquid cleanse fast to get rid of all the toxic carb stuff I ate for two weeks to gain the weight. Luckily I think I can fast for a day, maybe two since I already ate so clean. But we shall see how I feel tomorrow.

Thank you for any of you who reads this and maybe understands the struggles... We will get through this!!!
