Well as the final chocolates and treats of Christmas are now nearly digested I've lost a pound. That's a pound more than I thought especially after eating a shed load of chocolate last night whilst watching the office.

You know you're getting big when you look at David Brent and think he's Mo Farah.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
