I was doing pretty well, and then my Aunt, who had been diagnosed with cancer in November died. Well, the diet went out the window and for about a week, I just ate and ate and ate.

I guess the good thing is that I didn't gain anything, but I had been down "unofficially" to 214 the weekend before last. I have to get back to the gym.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

sorry to hear about your aunt...it is tough to lose someone you care about...just take care of yourself and when you are ready the "woe" will come back on its own...
