Oops! I had a regular dinner but must have made some mistakes earlier. I will try having a tamale and vegetables for lunch again. I have to be concerned with fitting in dinner. Truthfully, Thanksgiving is a diet pitfall.
107.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
