I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I ate out at Stonefire on Saturday, Cafe Carolina on Sunday and Lure on Monday. I’m adding weight from the meals and I feel stupid.
108.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
