Well a decent loss!
Thought I'd have lost a little more but I'm still really happy with how I'm going so far.
Think last weeks dramatic loss must have been a lot of water!
Anyway here's to another week! Hope everyone has a good one.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
