No MAJOR changes made. Tweaking my sleep pattern.And set myself times at which I’m allowed to eat, NO SNACKING. But sadly still no exercises.(It’s cold)
This has only been a weeks results. And we’re moving.
181.7 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

help lifting heavy things. lift with your legs. correct your posture - this will strengthen your core. stand on your toes while you brush your teeth. you will make small difference and feel good. good luck with the move 😉
