Bonjour,
Je me demandais ceux qui sont en phase de stabilisation combien de calories vous mangiez? Par rapport à votre poids,taille, activité physique, pour avoir un ordre d’idées 😊
J’essaye d’augmenter mais manger plus de 1700 calories me fait un peu peur et en même temps je ne sais pas concrètement combien je devrais même en regardant ce que FS me dit je ne suis pas convaincu 🤷🏽♀️
