My weight goes up and down on a daily basis, but this is the highest it has been recently. My new goals are to work out 4 times per week, eat Paleo, quit caffeine, no milk, sugar, grains, beans, limit cheese to small amounts. I had two latte's this morning and I can't believe the carb/sugar content. Bleh!
Caffeine seems to be having ill effects from adrenal release to blood glucose levels. Quitting should negate those effects. I think I am not getting enough magnesium or I am leaching it out of my body with phytate consumption in my almonds. At first I thought it was the low carb flu, now I think it is magnesium. So my plan is to not eat nuts for a bit, take a mg supplement, quit caffeine slowly so I don't get a headache and see what happens. Probably check my BG also.
