Ugh noooo… I made it out of the weekend with no gain only one day. I know this is from late night eating and tsalt. Hopefully it’ll drop by today. I need to stop the up and downs so I can actually lose than fluctuate.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
