Great but exhausting long weekend. Was determined to finish the pool and swim, which I did. Also rowed earlier and walked dogs. Watch says calorie burn was 1201 when I went to bed. Honestly, don’t know how accurate that is, but I was tired and slept well. Another busy day, puppy class tonight, will row instead of walk. Foot is better, finally, front shoulder is giving me a tinge of annoyance, will need to make sure I start stretching better before and after. Probably overdid it a little yesterday because I also scrubbed the pool the day before.
Blob down, everything else up, but overall down, wish that muscle would hold and we could move on to even more. We’ll see.
