Hmm not as down as I expected. Perhaps its hormonal. Which would explain my inability to keep off of carbs last week. On the upside these are very light pms symptoms.

Next week goals: aggressive 83, conservative 83.4
185.4 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
