One year of kcal in-kcal out = 15lb down, 6 months of plateau.

One month of Intermittent Fasting = 8lb down.

Same daily kcal average. WAY Less hunger. Much easier.

I urge everyone and anyone reading this: flatten your glucose curves. Change your metabolic pathways.

TRY FASTING.
184.7 lb Lost so far: 29.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
