That’s the price we pay for 2 donuts. 1kg up. I know it’s water weight. And I’ve been probably kicked out of ketosis. However it’s a huge win to eat 2 donuts and be satisfied. At the peak of my feeling sorry for myself I could have a dozen. 😊 IF for today: 19/5
