Honestly 1500kcal isn’t a huge deficit and is already a sorry amount of food. For someone who likes eating anyway. I better increase my activity/kcal usage if I want to not be miserable by eating so little. And thats not a matter of choosing less dense foods; I’ve eaten salad twice today (delicious), and protein in every meal. I just like eating. Maybe I should go back to larger meals twice a day instead of smaller meals several times; I think they were more fulfilling.
