I haven't been keeping track of my weight the last few weeks. I've gained quite a bit.
I haven't felt myself lately, a little depressed, and I'm not even attempting to eat healthy.
I feel tired. Everything on my body hurts and I just feel like rubbish. I know it's from eating unhealthy food.
I have to get it under control again, before it gets out of hand and I gain even more.
