Each time I start eating badly I stop tracking and gain weight. How do I break this cycle? I’ve been successful in getting back on track time and time over and I’m losing weight in the pace I expected to, despite all the fluctuation.
It’s fine to slip here and there, but I should not stop journaling when it happens. Accountability is key.

do you know why you stop recording in the journal when things get tough? I am referring to the underlying reason not the, 'things got off track for a bit' reason. It may be easier to address the issue if you know how you feel at those moments. Sent with 💙

Yes, this is nothing but a psychological bias. We feel bad when failing and avoid accountability because it’s painful. There’s no deeper reason hence bringing it to consciousness should help me managing the bias better :)
