A little disappointed that it's gone up a tad. But, to be fair, with a week and a half away from home, eating out, drinking, and not exercising it was to be expected!

I reminded myself, this morning, about the importance of tracking! I literally forgot that I had eaten brekky!!

Last night we had home made pizza, so it could have been worse! We had planned to buy in, from Pizza Hut!

School goes back Sunday still be back into it!
171.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
