Stayed on track yesterday. The only things I would correct are going out for 2 cups of free coffee with cream at McD's. Left me feeling a little jittery. And I should switch to plain yogurt instead of the cherry Fage. That stuff has a lot of sugar for the small serving. The one good thing about it is that I like it well enough that I can eat it every day and avoid toast and pastries.
Back to work. I've got tons of freelance right now, so that's good. But the weather is so gorgeous this week that I wish I could spend more time outside.
