Wow!!!! I new that pizza I ate the night before my previous weigh in was the culprit for my poor weight loss. I almost had pizza yesterday but then remembered how all the sodium makes me retain water and opted for a healthier choice. I'm also taking Zumba classes and this is really helping me eat better and feel better. This morning, though, I feel sore as heck. I say this is the pain of my body waking up and saying, "HELLO!" The pain of exercise is a way better pain than the pain of sickness. Health before Wealth.
