Throat feeing so sore but a Chelsea bun and curry yesterday and chocolate made me feel better, gain not so much will go again soon.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Trytry you cant get Tyrozets anymore, hubby tried to get me some yesterday, I did find couple in back of cupboards yesterday still in date, he got me some difflam spray and lozenges and throats lots better this morning. Fingers crossed its on the way out. Will look out for the surup incase he comes down with it too.
