Not snacking late at night seems to be working
167.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1393 kcal Fat: 56.58g | Prot: 67.21g | Carb: 170.53g.   Breakfast: Peanut Butter, Dempster's English Muffin, Margarine, Tea with Milk. Lunch: 2% Fat Milk, Quaker Oatmeal Squares. Dinner: Oven Baked Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Heinz Baked Beans, Tofurky Meatless Kielbasa. Snacks/Other: Walkers Shortbread Cookies, McVitie's Digestive, 2% Fat Milk. more...

I can’t go to sleep hungry though. Not sure how to address this; I did better in the beginning. Back to my old food diary to see what I used to do, I guess.
