Have been consistently overeating this summer, into fall and scale reflects that! Going back to first steps: no junk food, calories under 2000 (goal <1700), toss (food bank) non compliant foods, whole foods meal planning, with increased movement - especially cardio. Those are the physical steps; the mental rewiring to move beyond this eating disorder/food addiction is the tough part! I have done this; I am doing this :) 7 weeks left in 2021!
