I got really upset because I had prepared my smoothie for lunch and dinner but my smoothie had gone bad before I could eat it on the long trip to Boone NC. That was a total waste and I ended up getting lunch out. It really sucked. I did have a smoothie this morning. I guess I should invest in a cooler for long trips like that. I guess that's something I need to get out of my next paycheck. I don't plan on going anywhere on the weekend but church on Sunday. And I shouldn't have a problem not being able to make them. This morning started off fine. I didn't do much of exercising except shopping in my favorite store called TJ Maxx. I had bought things I actually needed. Had fun for one long day. My current weight sucks right now and I am working on it. I am trying to do it slow cause I don't know how fast or slow an average person would lose weight drinking smoothies. I just have to compromise when I can.

You pretty much know calories in calories out.
Just a little bit less in calories and you’ll be on your way!
I have a tiny cooler (old) that I keep my water in. Everything stays perfect. You need to invest in some ice packs though. 👍🌸🌺🌻 Have a Wonderful Labor Day Weekend!
