Wow, in one week. 😁
Now watch me gain it back again, like I have been doing for the last 6 months. The same 5 kgs over and over again!
No, this time I'll make it over the hump. I will do it!
268.5 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 134.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
