Not going well. I did manage to work out 3 times this week and again this morning for at least 50 minutes at a time so feel good about that, but eating everything from bran muffins to lasagne and ate out last week too - wild mushroom pasta with cream was probably over 2000kj alone with lots and lots of red cappucino. Wonder if I should just abandon ship until September??? But, on the bright side I still only have 3kg to go for my goal weight and at the moment if I don't gain I'm happy. Don't want to be moving in reverse!
