Good morning!
The pounds didn't go down, but the body fat did. BF a.m. - 25.1! So Atkins may be right, you should lose body fat, and I think for the place I am, it is harder to move the pounds than the body fat. I can tell that although the pounds have not budged much, the body fat has. I have noticed that it is on average 2.5% less when I first started. That is over 4 pounds of fat!
I am switching my weigh day to Saturday mornings.
I am going to start P90X finally this week! I am going to try to keep running as well, although it may be a little hard to do in the beginning, but the goal is to get there and eventually get to full Tri training with P90X. I may have to adjust it to accomodate all of it, but I have a goal. Just not sure if I want to do split work outs or try to get the run in before or after my p90x workout.
Make it a great week!
