I did not do as well this week as planned. But considering it's also Shark Week, I guess it wasn't as bad as I pictured in my head.. this gain is less than I expected. I was thinking this morning how grateful I am that all this shit has not taken away my desire to exercise as well. Once again, I will try to do better. And I shall keep working out. I have one week left on the yoga program I am doing, and I think I will start doing something more intense to go along with my weight lifting afterward.
