Feeling frustrated. I’m in a calorie deficit and I’ve been running and working out and I have 5 pounds to lose and the scale went up.....ahhhhh
169.4 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
