早:鸡蛋*2+100g圣女果
午:谷之源炖鱼300g+八宝粥一碗
加餐:橙子*2
晚:煎蛋+圆白菜50g
喝水多,没有什么食欲。晚上老公买的羊肉串也没有吃。
