昨天有结婚的,我们这边会吃大锅菜,就是大白菜豆腐木耳干粉五花肉炖菜,我吃了两碗,一个菜团子,罪孽啊,我才知道那个是放了猪皮和鯹油的,吃了2大香蕉,总之昨天1450卡,糖也超脂肪也超,今天没涨没抽算是比较理想的结果了吧😁😁
