Same weight today! That's good. I expected an increase because we ate out twice. But we are splitting entrées and ordering healthy stuff. Took Dad out for lunch at a Lebanese restaurant and ate half a chicken kabob on bed of salad greens. Then for supper we got eggplant casserole and lemon-eggdrop soup from the Greek restaurant and split that. It's working out well that one order is plenty of food for 2. Even better, we save money. I haven't recorded the costs since we changed our eating habits, but I bet we are spending less on food, even though we're buying better quality food. A little goes a long way now.

Good job on your restaurant choices. We often share restaurant meals, too. My husband does have a limited variety of foods he likes, so sometimes eating out is a good opportunity for me that have things that I won't cook for only myself, too. I am almost back to my pre-reunion weight. I have been very careful of my food choices since we have been back and putting in good time on the elliptical. It is working.
