Welcome to Maximum Effort Monday! I would call my week more: "modest effort" tho :) Happy to recover from my 8 days of "extra eating" with 8 days of diet on track. Feels good! Plus 2 more pounds gone. What can I achieve this week with exercise focus? How did YOU do this first week??? What can you tweak? What would you rate your week? I give myself a 35% since there is alot more to do to feel "Maximum Effort". Let's really push ourselves wooohoooo Let's go! MAXIMUM EFFORT ENGAGED! :)
