😞 I know what I did so got to be rectified
153.8 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel better when I limit what I eat If I eat too much I feel rough because for 6 months I eat less I need to use up what crap I have left in the house my willpower is not as good as I thought
