Love your ability to keep your carbs low day after day, so I feel you :) You work that hard you want things to move faster. But, your chart looks great. Stay your course :)

You are going to lose after a time and stabilizing at a weight for a few days just means you probably won't gain back what you have lost. Hang in there! You are doing great!

Stay strong and confident in accomplishing your goals; they're will be some days where it feels like all the hard work isn't taking you anywhere. The weight loss train will start moving again REAL soon!

Did u also gain weight in a matter of days? Or was it throughout the yrs? .... we did not gain all our weight in days n we will not lose it in days. Patience will lead u to the road of success

I was stuck for 13 days recently. Doubled my water, decreased my protein, increased my salt intake and bam! Got things moving down the scale again. Patience is a virtue. Also, check your food logs and see if there is anything you can change to shake things up a bit.

Slow losses are healthy losses. Plateaus are normal. Remember, you also have to learn to maintain the losses.

Thanks everyone for the encouragement and advice! I really appreciate it! I’ve been dealing with completely unequal losses (vs energy expenditures) from the beginning. I’m just starting to come to terms with the fact that I have some underlying problem and I either have to accepted it or stop ignoring it and go see a doctor. Either way, I’m not giving up. I will transition out of Keto for my vacation but until then I am committed 110%.
