Although I've already lost 22 pounds, I must proclaim a better way - Atkins begins today. Planning to do extended Induction phase for as long as I am successful. Although I set my ultimate goal as -100 pounds to lose, I would like to goal-set in small victories; 1 small goal at a time. My first "goal" is to lose 10% of my starting weight, which will be 27 pounds.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I'm doing an extended induction also. I have goals set along the way and can't wait until I meet them all. I have small ones set every 15 pounds until I reach my final goal. I also have 2 big goals that my hubby is willing to treat me to a nice reward. (My idea and he agreed) My halfway weight and end goal. I can't wait for those. They are big ones. :) But I do get to treat myself on Friday for my first mini goal met. Remember it took a while to gain the weight so it will take a while to lose it.
