Thanks guys I didn’t go to the gym but I did do a round of stretches and a couple sets of crunches so I don’t feel too guilty

That’s the spirit! LOL 🙋🏻I have a routine at home as well, though I prefer the gym. They have a spa! LOL 🤷🏻♀️
