Really pleased to have dropped my first 54.5 pounds. I’m also pleased to have done this steadily, its always tempting to think that you would like to see the results we aim for quicker but I genuinely feel that I have made a sustainable improvement to my lifestyle. I see daily excercise as a reward. I use Strava and fat secret to gamify my progress and you guys plus my family are providing a fantastic accountability group to help keep me on the rails. Thanks. After a lot of thought I have set a new weight loss goal of 13’ (182lb) which is a size I won’t have seen since high school. That’s still pretty chunky for a fella of just 5’6” tall but we shall see when I get there.
