Ok

Today I started the Fat Smash diet. I had a little black coffe, but I think I stayed on it for the most part. I am HUNGRY! Ate all day long. A lot of fresh fruit, mellon, strawberries, blueberries. Carrot. Fresh spinach and egg white omelette. can of garbanzo beans. I rinsed it well because I didn't like the additives in it. 1 yoplait lite yogurt. Cup of brown rice.

Feels like I have been eating constantly, but nothing makes me full

That will pass, hang in there. I know that you are supposed to give out coffee in the detox stage, but I left it in there because I can admit that I enjoy it and start my day with it. I use vanilla soy milk in it and no sugar or sweetener. The hunger does eventually vanish. This is a great summer diet as the fruits and veggies are fresh, lower in cost and delicious! Hang in there! that will pass, but in the meantime, you should am for foods that will keep you filled. Green veggies, both raw or steamed and beans are the best for filling you up on the fullest calories. Also, make sure you are drinking lots of water, that helps alot!

It will defiantly pass and once it does you will be amazed at what you can eat that will fill you up! Hang in there, it gets easier! But as long as you are eating what you are suppose too, you are doing great! Defiantly eat more green veggies and beans, I have also found that rice helps fill you up faster. Good luck!
