Keto breakfast - bacon and sharp cheddar low carb lavash (4 net carbs) with Hobo scramble. Had my 3-month follow-up with my doctor yesterday and he was amazed that I had lost 30 pounds since December. He is totally on board with this lifestyle and said to keep it up. I go back in July for another check-up. Goal is to lose another 20 by then. #ketorocks
