It is amazing how much better I feel with a loss of just 14 pounds. Yesterday I hadn't seen my ponies for a few hours. They had already eaten and weren't likely to respond to my calls, so I grabbed some carrots and walked up to the back pasture to see them. The last time I walked all the way back there without stopping at the pond and messing around I had to stop to catch my breathe. This time I walked briskly up the hill, no problems! All last year my poor husband had to listen to me have fits because I would be trying to squeeze myself into my britches and I would be cursing and crying. He would say, "Ok, lets go to Preston's to get you some new blue jeans." I would cry, "Noooo, I refuse to buy more blue jeans, I have plenty of jeans. I will wear them no matter how much it hurts. This is my punishment for being a piggy!" Now I am getting close to having to buy smaller jeans! I really felt sluggish and yukky all the time. Now, 14 lbs. lighter, I feel fine. It has made such a difference to me.
