More good confirmation! A woman in my building told me I'm losing weight - I'm thin enough... I told her I've been dieting since October but I want to lose some more. I really seriously have to consider raising my goal weight at least five pounds as I'm 6'3" tall and my ideal weight at one site is 197, and I want to be a bit under but not too thin... My goal weight is 180 but now I'm thinking 185 or 188... so good to get confirmation that the diet is working even though the scale is going down so slow -started out at 223 now at 205.8.... :)

Get to that and then re-evaluate. You don't have to decide now. Maybe your body will just balance out at the right weight.
