I know the feeling. Maybe a 1000 calories a day is not enough with you exercising. If you are doing weight training, muscle is heavier than fat so scale will be your enemy if that happens. If you eat too little calories it will effect your weight loss and your metabolism might be slow. Preserve and don't give up.

you are working out every day and only eating 1000 calories!
you need to take a breather love, have between 1 or 2 rest days a week do you know that an occasional rest day is as good as a workout for the body, it gives you time to reset and then when you gym again you can give it more energy and burn more calories.
also with your reduced calories your body might be in a bit of a plateau at the moment. increase by 500 calories for a week and then the next week decrease in increments until you are eating about 1300 calories see how that works for you.

Sustainable weight loss is slower. So maybe you are giving up when your body is working the right way that it should. So keep going. When you lose fat the body gets rid of the fat around your organs first. So if there was lots of fat around the organs it appears as if nothing is happening and yet a lot is changing. Also make sure you get most of you calories from non-carb foods protein is a better option 45% Protein, <35%, 20% healthy Fat. Also, take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in water daily , you may add lemon and ginger as well if you wish. ACV slows the processing of carbs in your body, and your body burns more calories synthesing protein. Remember, unused fats that you take in will be stored directly as fats in your body, the protein that you take in your body will be used first before carbs, but unused protein will not convert into fats, unused carbs will be stored as fats that’s why you need ACV to slow the processing of carbs.

Another thing most females need at least 1200 kcal and most males need 1800 kcal for normal body functions so if you eat less than that your body might get into starvation mode in which case it will start preserving fats and burn muscle for fuel instead. So the fat will not shed. Eat to your fill but add workouts to always have a calorie deficit per day.

After every fourth week of gym, I take a break from exercise for one week. When I start again, the kg's come off much faster the next two weeks. Until the next round. Go and read about taking rest between routine exercises, they explain why it's important to do that. Listen to your body.

Perhaps there are other issues ? Health issues ? Thyroid etc . Even emotional issues can keep the weight on . Our emotions affect our hormones , and that affects weight gain/loss . Worst thing you can do tho, is be too hard on yourself. Thats self sabotage
