Joined the gym a couple of weeks ago. Working out 3-5 days per week. And keeping calories down to less than 1700 is really showing results. I jogged 1K yesterday for the 1st tome and think with some training, might be able to do a 4K fun run in a couple of months!!! As sore as I am, I'm really enjoying going to the gym!
193.1 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
