Yea! I'm finally out of the 160's. I lost 1.5 .lbs this week. And that's after a weekend out of town for my brother-in-laws birthday party. I wasn't even tempted to have any cake. I did have some wine and vodka, but only one or two the whole weekend.
I have totally cut out whey protein shakes, protein bars and I've cut back on beef. I've also increased my exercise, walking 3x a week. I'm not sure if any of this had any impact. But I hope this means I can continue to lose.
I feel better. Have a great weekend everyone.

Congratulations on a long, hard battle - you won! And, you get to say goodbye to the 160s...you must feel wonderful! I am so happy for you and you should be proud of yourself for sticking with it even when the process was hard. NICE JOB!!

I see you did it, and for some reason even though Jorge says no working out I truly believe it is important for us to do. I have look back in all my journals, which I have written in my book and notice the weeks that I execise At least three time a week resulted in a weight lost. So I happy for you and I am glad you are doing you and feeling great.

Thank you both for all your support and encouragement. It really helps. I agree I think the increased exercise tipped the scales. Looking forward to weighing in this week.
