When I sold my home in Richmond, NH I gave everything to my niece she's in Epping, my brother her Mom and Dad are in Plaistow. I lived in Groveland, Ma till I got married. Where in Maine Murph, Saco?
Yes Hippymom I made them.1/3 c Carbquik, Walden Farms chocolate syrup and water 2net carbs! The other one I tossed in chopped canned Jalapeños and cheddar same recipe. I made low carb ice cream and made ce cream sandwiches using the chocolate! Sinna you really do, you can make pancakes, I made puzza dough,
breadsticks I even made pigs in a blanket rolling sausages in carbquik dough, cheddar cheese biscuits possibilities are endless. Ty Cherik.

Thanks for this post! I have been watching what I eat but haven’t got exercising. “Burned 1000 calories and feel invigorated” actually helped me pry my butt off the couch and start those exercise apps I’ve had forever but never used. 8fit for beginners and then their beginner yoga. Half hour later I did the 7min workout novice. Didn’t quite finish it, legs were shaking too badly. But thank you very much for inspiring to get into action!
