Excellent! You can do an egg mcmuffin for 244 cals. Here's how I make it:
one English muffin 120 cal
one medium egg 66 cal
one half slice of American cheese (great value)35 cal
one slice Hormel Canadian bacon 23 cal
I would have that with black coffee for a breakfast under 250 cals. Then I'll do about 400 cals for lunch and for dinner, for no more than 1050 cals/day.
