Did ok in January. Kept to around 1350 average, but now I need to stop eating candy and cookies and cake (yeah, right) and bump up the protein while cutting carbs. I like having food prepped ahead of time, and need to really put together my own frozen dinners. I certainly have enough containers to do it. Happy Hump Day, y'all!
