holy cow people.. yesterday was bad for me... I did not fail to plan.. I failed to follow the plan.. what a train wreck... Back on track today.. and licking my wounds from last night.

I had the same kind of day yesterday on my weight watcher diet...started with a sausage and egg mcmuffin and ended with KFC and chocolate cake...i exercised my butt off yesterday though..back on track so far today..

Man, I know how you feel! I had that kind of day Tuesday. Don't know what the deal was, but if it wasn't nailed down, it went into my mouth! Or so it seemed. And I was exhausted all day long, didn't do a bit of exercise, not even housecleaning. But yesterday was good, got right back into the swing of things and am back on track. I think that's where this program serves me well. I don't seem to let one meal or one day get in the way of continued success. : ) Don't let guilt beat you up, just reflect on it, see if there was a reason (I still can't find out what happened with me) or a trigger, and get back to how you feel best again. Good luck!

I know how that feels also,my day yesterday was way off,didn't record
anything,guess I was having a mini pity party.Hang in there,we get stronger when we have bumps.Today is today and you will hang tough
